Never you stop self development. Even in the midst of success and promotion; KEEP DEVELOPING YOURSELF. 

It's better to be over prepared for destiny than for your opportunity to meet you lacking in preparation.

One of the keys of becoming a healthy mentor is to pay attention to individual differences in people.
